Colonial Flag Foundation

Online Training for Volunteers
Execute a collaborative development exercise to create and then train their staff to take over ongoing maintenance of online training for the thousands of volunteers who partner with CFF each year to plan and execute significant community events known as Healing Fields and Fields of Honor. This project initially included evaluation of commercial cloud-hosted learning platforms, and we helped the customer realize cost savings and a simplified user experience by deploying their new training content within the organization’s existing WordPress-based customer portal.

Northeastern University Professional Advancement Network

Documentation Taxonomy and Student Experience
Collaborated with leadership and staff in the Experiential Learning and Professional Advancement Network to standardize a taxonomy for defining and documenting the competencies, knowledge, and skills taught and assessed in their programs and courses. Also collaborated on student experience design, technology, innovation, and executive coaching.

Strategic Consulting & Professional Development Workshops
Advised University leadership in matters pertaining to modern online learning and competency based education, and conducted professional development workshops and webinars for senior level staff (Provost, Associate Provosts, Deans, Associate Deans, Senior Faculty) in the following areas: Modern Online Learning, Learning Engineering, Learning Science, Open Educational Resources, and Commercial Courseware Adoption.

American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)

Program Design
Strategic program design work in collaboration with staff and high profile subject matter experts (SME’s), video production, and vendor landscape analysis for a training program in the DFAM space (Design for Additive Manufacturing, aka 3D printing with metal).

Strategic Analysis & Management Consulting
Retained by COO to evaluate management and operating procedures in sales and customer service departments. Conducted extensive interviews, observations, and data analysis than presented senior leadership with actionable findings and recommendations spanning training, operations, and management KPIs.
